Key Responsibilities:
Create 3D character models for games, apps, and simulators in realistic or semi-realistic styles based on provided references.
Optimize models to meet project technical requirements and ensure performance efficiency.
Provide daily progress reports and promptly escalate any production issues to the project manager.
Collaborate with other departments to detect, troubleshoot, and improve product quality during the development process.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve production issues and drive quality improvements.
Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager and the company.
Job Requirements:

Education: College/University degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience in character modeling for games/apps and simulators.
Strong knowledge of materials, texturing, and optimization for real-time applications.
Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, Blender, Marvelous Designer; basic knowledge of Photoshop or Substance Painter (training can be provided).
Experience with 3D engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine 4/5, or CryEngine is a strong advantage.

Measure-steps of Interview
To find the top people for our team, we put them through a thorough three-stage interview process. These steps consist of:
Interview round 1
The first interview will consist of a face-to-face meeting between the candidate and the recruitment department. During this meeting, we will introduce the company and the job position, and discuss the candidate’s personal information, education, experience, and career orientation. After that, the candidate will be given a test to assess their professional and thinking abilities.
Technical Round
The technical test is the next step to assess the candidate’s technical skills and logical thinking ability. The test will be tailored to the position applied for, including situational questions, practical exercises, or problem analysis. Through this, we can better understand the candidate’s skills, approach, and ability to solve real-world problems.
Interview round 2
This is the final test, an in-depth assessment to better understand the candidate’s abilities and orientation. During this interview, we will discuss the test taken directly and how the candidate approaches and handles the problem. At the same time, hypothetical situations will be presented to assess critical thinking, improvisational ability, and problem-solving skills in practice. Finally, the interview also opens up an opportunity for candidates to discuss and share their expectations related to the position as well as the offer they desire.
